Our standard representation agreements are flexible. We typically work on 6 to 12 month terms, but we're open to discussing what works best for you. We want you to stay because we deliver results, not because of a contract.
Our commission is a percentage of the salary we negotiate for you, in line with industry standards. The exact rate depends on the scope of services and is always discussed transparently before signing any agreement.
